We first met Kim one year ago December 23rd viewing one of her downtown listings and immediately liked her. Not too many agents would agree to a last minute viewing request only hours (leaving that night!) prior to departing on a family cruise vacation. Kim definitely exceeded our expectations. We first met Kim one year ago December 23rd viewing one of her downtown listings and immediately liked her. Not too many agents would agree to a last minute viewing request only hours (leaving that night!) prior to departing on a family cruise vacation. Kim definitely exceeded our expectations. We did not purchase that particular listing, but we DID remember Kim. We've purchased and sold eight homes in the past several years and hired as many agents until we met Kim.
