A Word From the Seller

Why we like Grand Bend
The thing that attracted us the most to this subdivision is its perfect location in Grand Bend. We can walk almost everywhere, including the beach, restaurants, shopping, medical center, pickleball, and other sports. The community is very friendly and we are pleased that it has a nice mix of both retirees and families. There is a public school close by and many amenities for our daily use. We enjoy golf, bike riding and are able to take advantage of many trails and the Pinery close by. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere truly makes it a wonderful place to call home.
