CHEDDAR TEA BISCUITS

2 cups all-purpose flour (Or 1 cup all purpose, 1 cup whole wheat) 
3 teaspoons baking powder 
1/3 cup cold butter 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/4 teaspoon black pepper 
1/2 teaspoon rosemary 
2 teaspoons olive oil 
1 -1 1/2 cup milk 
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 
 
Directions:
 
1. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and rosemary.
 
2. Cut up the the butter and then mix into the dry ingredients until the butter is decimated into chunks no bigger than a centimetre.
 
3. Mix in the olive oil.
 
4. Mix in the cheddar cheese.
 
5. Mix in the milk slowly, the batter should be moist but not over-saturated in milk.
 
6. Bake for 15-17 Minutes at 400°F.
