2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbls melted butter
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups frozen cranberries
Sift dry ingredients in bowl
Add butter, milk & egg
Stir in berries
Bake in 9" pan @ 350 for 40 min.
Hot Butter Sauce
Melt:
1/2 cup butter in small pot
Add 1 cup sugar
Stir & cook 5 min
3/4 cup cream (I use 35%)
1 tsp vanilla
Serve hot over warmed cake :)
