Recipe of the Month



Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes

Serves: 4 1lb Salmon Fillet, bones removed and cut into four pieces

1/4 c Butter (melted)

1/4 c Maple Syrup

4tbsp Dijon Mustard or grainy Dijon mustard

1tsp Low Sodium or regular soy sauce.

Combine melted butter with mustard, soy sauce and maple syrup. Pour mixture over salmon. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork. Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled over and add to your favorite dish/vegetable dish!
